Description/Blazon
All four pieces of regalia bear a representation of the 88th Regional Support Command insignias, recalling current branch affiliation.  Dark blue is the color traditionally associated with the Adjutant General Corps, reflecting the organization under which bands are formed.

On a dark blue field, the bottom portion scarlet, displaying the 88th Regional Support Command's shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) below two white stacked scrolls inscribed "204TH" on the first scroll and on the second scroll "ARMY BAND" in dark blue letters, portioned at the top of the baldric.  Below the SSI the images of a rising sun coming from behind a white narrow V-shape, representing a new beginning for the band; at the base of the baldric three white slanted bands inscribed in the order - NORTHERN FRANCE, RHINELAND AND CENTRAL EUROPE, in dark blue, implying the World War II campaign participation of the unit.
